The Dude can draw. More evidence that hand-lettering is in: not only is Jeff Bridges on the cover of Esquire UK, so is his typography. The frenetic brushwork is familiar to anyone who has visited Bridges’ website, which has almost no text or type at all. It’s all lettered, written, scribbled by hand. I think the logo looks great. If they didn’t already have one of the best brands in the mag business, I’d keep it. Of course, it brings to mind another magazine. (via Dan Dennison)
