Courier Tablet Video is Admirably Un-Microsoft

I’d seen parts of this before but now Engadget has a more complete video of Microsoft’s Courier tablet concept. Not only are there some brilliant ideas at work in this device, it’s simply a great demo video: a pleasant voiceover talks us through practical, real-world use without hyperbole or cheese. Unfortunately, I am inclined to agree with Gruber — a device like this is unlikely to come out of Microsoft. I hope we’re both wrong.
